WHAT can i expect in a  

SESSION?

During an initial consultation, we'll talk about the changes you want to make so that I can plan the best way to approach your issue and determine how many sessions will likely give you the most benefit. 

During the hypnosis session, you'll likely be in a deeply relaxed state, whilst still aware of what's going on. 
I compare it to the feeling of being underwater - disconnected from things going on above the surface, yet still aware and able to 'come up' at any time. It's often such an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience that when you finish a session you feel as though you've just woken from a wonderful sleep. 

Online zoom session

As long as you have a stable internet connection, online sessions are just as effective - they also mean that you can relax in your own surroundings and save time not having to leave your home. 

  1. Download the Zoom installer and test your access to the Zoom room.
  2. Find a quiet, private space with a comfortable chair and a stable place to set up your computer or phone for the video call (Zoom)
  3. Wear headphones or ear plugs to maximise sound quality and privacy.
  4. Ensure our time together will be distraction free by informing family/roommates of your requirements and the duration 
  5. Close all browser windows on your computer and set phone to ‘do not disturb’. ​Make sure battery is charged on phone or computer.
